Course Description

It doesn’t matter how good your social media and data are. If you can’t communicate effectively in person, you will not win the assignment or close the deal. Learn how to turn initial interest into a lasting business relationship by participating in Communication Skills for Business Professionals. This 90-minute, instructor-led demonstration is designed to give you the tools to win the business and then keep it. Communication Skills for Business Professionals will improve your speaking, listening, telephone, email, texting, and presentation skills, and, in the process, make you more profitable.

Whether you’re in the boardroom, addressing a large group, or one-on-one, the key to getting what you want is not your content, but your delivery. Your ability to effectively communicate will create greater efficiency in your work, and that will translate into greater profitability for you and your company.
